How do I take it?
Month 1: one 6 g scoop of CC-01 in 10–12 oz of water, on an empty stomach, 60–120 minutes before breakfast and 2–3 hours apart from medications.
Month 2: 2 capsules of CR-02 a day with food.
Month 3: 2 capsules of BC-03 a day on an empty stomach, for 15 days.

When does each phase ship?

Who should not use The Unburden?
Not for pregnant or nursing women or children under 12.
Do not use BC-03 if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (e.g., warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto, clopidogrel, daily aspirin), already take nattokinase or other fibrinolytic enzymes, regularly take NSAIDs or high-dose fish oil, ginkgo, turmeric or vitamin E, have a bleeding disorder, active ulcer or history of hemorrhagic stroke, or have surgery or a dental procedure within 2 weeks.
If you take prescription medication or are under medical care, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting.

If the safety questionnaire shows BC-03 isn't right for you, we won't ship it and we'll refund or replace that phase.
