30-Day Guarantee

If The Unburden isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your first shipment and we'll refund your purchase.

The Unburden (90-Day Reset)

• Within 30 days of receiving Phase 1, you can request a refund of what you've paid and we'll cancel the remaining shipments.
• After 30 days, you can cancel the remaining shipments at any time before they ship; phases already shipped are not refundable.
• If our Phase 3 safety questionnaire shows BC-03 isn't right for you, we won't ship it and we'll refund or replace that phase.

CC-01® Clean Capture (single purchase)

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
