Why powder for Phase 1?
Effective zeolite dosing requires gram-level intake. A 6 g scoop delivers 3,000 mg of zeolite plus the supporting ingredients — more than capsules can hold.
How do I take CC-01?
One 6 g scoop in 10–12 oz of water, once a day, on an empty stomach, 60–120 minutes before breakfast. Take it 2–3 hours apart from medications and other supplements, and drink plenty of water.
Who should not use The Unburden?
Do not use any phase if you are pregnant or nursing, or for children under 12.
BC-03™ Blood Clear contains fibrin-degrading enzymes (lumbrokinase and serrapeptase). Do not use BC-03 if you:
- Take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (e.g., warfarin, apixaban/Eliquis, rivaroxaban/Xarelto, clopidogrel, daily aspirin)
- Already take nattokinase or other fibrinolytic enzymes
- Regularly take NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen), or high-dose fish oil, ginkgo, turmeric or vitamin E
- Have a bleeding disorder, active ulcer, or history of hemorrhagic stroke
- Have surgery or a dental procedure scheduled within the next 2 weeks (stop at least 2 weeks before)
If you take any prescription medication or are under medical care, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting.
What if I can't take Phase 3?
Before we ship BC-03 we send a short safety questionnaire. If BC-03 isn't right for you, we won't ship it and we'll offer an alternative.
How often should I do it?
Once or twice a year, as a reset.
