Isn't this just selling me fear?

Can't fiber do the same thing?
Keep eating fiber — it's great. Month 1 is different: micronized zeolite and β-cyclodextrin are designed to bind types of compounds fiber doesn't target. And Months 2 and 3 support your body after that, which fiber doesn't do.
How will I know it worked?

Will it upset my stomach?
Most people do fine. Drink plenty of water during Month 1 — the powder works best with good hydration, and it helps you stay regular. If anything feels off, pause and talk to your doctor.
Is it safe with my medications?
Take Month 1 at least 2–3 hours apart from any medication. Not for pregnant or nursing women or children under 12.
Do not use BC-03 (Month 3) if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (e.g., warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto, clopidogrel, daily aspirin), already take nattokinase or other fibrinolytic enzymes, regularly take NSAIDs or high-dose fish oil, ginkgo, turmeric or vitamin E, have a bleeding disorder, active ulcer or history of hemorrhagic stroke, or have surgery or a dental procedure within 2 weeks. That's why we send a safety questionnaire before Month 3 ships.
